Keeping Pace with Wanda

Things That Drive me Crazy!

Folks, I have a list a mile long of things that drive me nuts. Here's a sample:

Cigarette butts in front of a non-smoking hospital, folks who do not signal alerting you to their intentions to turn, the last person in the bathroom who happens to be the one who used the last sheet of toilet paper and did not secure a new one, no soap in the dispenser in a public restroom where signage indicates that "all employees must wash their hands before returing to work" and passing an employee going out as I'm going in, dog hair on my black suit pants (I even use the adhesive roll to extract the hair but everywhere I go before I get to my car I'm a magnet for the stuff), pulling the string of dental floss and realizing there's just a 2 inch section left, having a bad hair day, running a couple of minutes late and pulling on the only pair of pantyhose left with noticeable runners, going to the bank after hours and the ready teller is "out of order", going to a shoe sale and all the ones I like are not in my size, ordering the "special" at a fine dining establishment only to discover they sold the last one to an earlier customer, sitting in the middle seat on an airplane, not enough stalls in the women's restroom compared to the men's, a group of joggers taking up the entire width of a public pathway, not leaving room for bicyclists, and my all-time favorite...hubby leaving his dirty clothes on the bathroom floor.

Oh boy, don't get me started, the list can go on for days! I can get pretty-darned annoyed at times and think "why can't everyone be like me?" (Hehe).

Yikes! I need to chill, not get so grumpy over life's inevitable irritations, and try to laugh versus gritting my teeth...I'm going to give it a try. So the next time you see me and are wondering if I look curious, I may be trying to convert!
